How will tokidoki bill me when I make a purchase?
 
Upon placing your order with tokidoki, we will authorize the amount of your purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping fees to the credit card you provided during checkout. tokidoki will collect payment or charge your account only when the order is shipped from our warehouse.

We accept most major credit cards and Paypal as acceptable forms of payment. Please do not send checks or money orders, they will not be accepted.


tokidoki shipping prices are determined by the weight of your order and your shipping address. In order to determine the cost of your shipment, please place the items in your basket and advance to checkout. Your shipping costs will be calculated after you enter your ship to address.

We make every effort to ship your order promptly, usually within 1-4 business days after your order has been confirmed and authorized, excluding processing times. Please expect delays during holidays.

Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS and delivery varies on your location. All orders ship from Los Angeles, California. Oversize items may take longer to ship.

Our free shipping on orders over $100 offer is subject to change and applies to all street address shipments in the U.S. shipped from tokidoki.it. Our $5 flat rate shipping offer is subject to change and applies to all street address shipments in the contiguous U.S. shipped from tokidoki.it. For multiple shipments, each shipment is $5. This offer is not valid for express shipping, rush shipping, or for shipments to AK, HI. No shipping adjustments on previous purchases.

At this time we don't ship orders on weekends and holidays and we are currently unable to ship to PO boxes via UPS, APO, or FPO Boxes.

 


International shipments are shipped VIA UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE and usually arrive anywhere between 7 and 14 working days after being shipped from our warehouse - depending on your location.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges, if any. If you decide to refuse any shipments from tokidoki, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

 


Customer satisfaction is our goal at tokidoki. In the event that any tokidoki item does not meet your expectations, please return it for a refund or for a prompt exchange. All return, credit, and exchange requests should be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. If a damaged item is shipped to you, please notify us within 10 days from the day you receive your package.

 

HOW TO RETURN

All tokidoki purchases include information and instructions for exchanging, replacing or crediting an item. Each tokidoki shipment has a pre-addressed return label and return/exchange form for your return convenience. All returned items should be accompanied by a properly completed return form, which helps us process your return quickly!

 

REFUNDS

Returns will be credited to the original form of payment on full-priced items only. Sale items are eligible for exchange only (please see below for more details). Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

 

EXCHANGES - FULL PRICED ITEMS

We will honor one exchange request per order. Please fill out the return/exchange form included with your order and mark the item(s) that you would like in exchange for the item(s) being returned. In rare instances, stock may not be available to enable your exchange request. In the event that a no-stock situation occurs, we will refund you the purchase price to your original form of payment. Please keep in mind, your purchase price will be the amount we apply to any exchange. Please see below for our policy on sale items. 

 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES - JEWELRY

Please Note: Jewelry must be in it's original unused condition (i.e. no scratches, etc) and the original packaging and size tag (if any) must be included with any return/exchange request. Earrings are final sale and not eligible for return. 

 

EXCHANGES - SALE ITEMS

Sale items are eligible for exchange only. You may exchange your sale item(s) for item(s) of equal value. In the event that you would like an item(s) that is of higher value, we ask that you pay the difference. Please keep in mind that we will process one return/exchange request per order. 

 

WRONG/DAMAGED ITEMS

If a wrong item shipped to you is due to a mistake on our part, your returned or exchanged items will be shipped at no cost. If a damaged item is shipped to you, please notify us within 10 days from the day you receive your package by replying to your confirmation email.

 


Orders that have not been shipped can be adjusted. Please contact us to inquire if your order has shipped or if it can still be be modified.

 


Sales tax will be determined by the ship-to address of the order and will automatically be added onto the order. We are required by law to apply sales tax to orders from CALIFORNIA.
